510travel.com is fully licensed by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO - License #50019887), and the Ontario Compensation Fund protects your vacation payment from any failures or bankruptcies.

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

All prices on this website and availability of product are subject to change without prior notice until final payment has been received and tickets have been issued. If you have paid by deposit only, pricing is subject to change due to early booking bonuses offered by airlines, and tour operators. But if you have paid in full, No price increases will be allowed. If there is a difference between the price shown on this website and the actual tour operator selling price, the price shown by the tour operator is the correct price.

Information and images on hotels and destinations are to be used only as a guideline, we try our best to make sure the content on 510travel.com website is up-to-date.

Hotel ratings on this website are the opinion of the various tour operators offered on the 510travel.com website.

Payments and Insurance

Payment for online bookings are to be paid in full at time of reservation. Tour Operators accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Third party credit cards will only be processed after written acknowledgement from the cardholder. Bookings are 100% non-refundable, and non-changeable. Unless specified, please verify with your agent for full cancellation and change details. ALL deposits are non-refundable.

Travel insurance is essential, and we strongly recommend this specially for health and cancellation purposes. Travel insurance available on credit cards is often inadequate and limited. 

Confirmation and Delivery

Once a reservation has been made you will receive a confirmation of your booking that will be automatically e-mailed to you. This email will confirm all the information of your booking. You will then receive another confirmation within 24 hours of your reservation recapping your booking. It is your responsibility to check both invoices and ensure that it is correct. If you find any mistakes between the two invoices please contact us at: 510travel.com  416-510-2000 or 1-855-510-2001 within 24 hours from the time of booking.

For the majority of bookings we will email you electronic tickets and all other documents required for travel (including hotel vouchers and transfer), to the email address which you provide.

If necessary, we will contact you if other forms of delivery are applicable for your booking.

Documentation

All required documentation, such as valid Canadian passports to travel, is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you have proper identification for travel before confirming your booking online. If you are unsure of the requirements for the country you are traveling to or for any other documentation inquiries, please contact us at: 1-855-510-2001.

IMPORTANT - Children 18 and under traveling alone or with only one parent MUST have a notarized letter of authorization signed by the parent who is not traveling or if both parents are not traveling with the child, this note must be signed by both parents.

Important Entry Information and Departure Taxes

Entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.

A passport is required for all Cuba destinations and including Barbados, San Andres/Colombia*, Costa Rica*, Panama*, Margarita Island/Venezuela, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Mexico* and the USA.

*Passport must be valid for 6 months past your return date.

All landed immigrants require a Permanent Resident Card.

All taxes are paid locally in EXACT cash.

Sunwing airlines does not collect Dominican Republic Taxes, you must pay $10 USD cash per person upon arrival, and $20 USD cash per person upon departure.

For Venezuela, a photocopy of each child’s passport is also required prior to departure. Photocopy facilities will not be available, therefore a photocopy must be done prior to arriving at the airport.

All passengers travelling to Cuba are required to present proof of having Medical Travel Insurance. As well, all passengers travelling to Cuba should ask their Travel Agent details if they wish to bring Lap-top computers of DVD players.

Baggage Information

Baggage is restricted to 2 pieces, adding up to a total of 44 pounds per person, plus one carry-on baggage weighing a total of 10 pounds. No liquids or sharp objects are permitted on board.
